At Bijou Box, we take pride in our handmade and personalized products. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   - Due to the nature of our handmade and personalized items, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.

   - If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Process:

   - To initiate a return, please send an email to bijouboxbyls@gmail.com with a detailed description of the issue and your order number.

   - Include photos of the defective or damaged item to help us assess the situation.

3. Refunds:

   - If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the returned item.

   - Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Custom Orders:

   - Custom or personalized orders are final sale items and CANNOT be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Exchanges:

   - We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to have a different item, please place a new order.

6. Shipping Costs:

   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75.

7. Damaged Items:

   - If your item is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the packaging and item, and report it to us within 7 days for resolution.
